Voluntary Reporting Framework
The Voluntary Reporting Framework has been developed to support organisations to record and voluntarily report information on disability, mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
The framework is aimed at large employers with over 250 employees but can also be used to support smaller employers who are keen to drive greater transparency in their organisation or industry.
As an EDI-supportive employer, Liberty Academy Trust has chosen to utilise this framework to support our commitment to disability, mental health, and wellbeing.
We are using the Voluntary Reporting Framework and the recommendations from the Thriving at Work Review (2017) to inform our actions.
We are also using the DWP Guidance on how to encourage disclosure of disabilities in our employees and once we have statistically significant data, this will also be reported. At the present time, we are an organisation of less than 250 employees. However, we ensure staff consultation is regular and that we address the key issues related to mental health and wellbeing which we report on in the section on the Mental Health at Work Standards, on this website.
