We are proud that we are a signatory of the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter. Ethnically diverse people still face significant disparities in employment and progression, and that is something we need to change.

The Charter is composed of seven 'calls to action' for leaders and organisations across all sectors. Signing the Charter means we are taking practical steps to ensure workplaces are tackling barriers that Black, Asian, Mixed Raced and other ethnically diverse people face in recruitment and progression and that our organisation is representative of British society today.
