The Liberty Academy Trust (LAT) Memorandum & Articles of Association is the governing document for LAT. It should be read alongside the Master Funding Agreement. A Supplementary Funding Agreement is in place for each individual school and can be found below:

The LAT scheme of delegation acts as the overarching framework for decision making and accountability across all of the key functional areas of the Trust.
LAT’s register of interests records the annual declarations made by Trustees, Members and senior executives of their external interests, employments and appointments.
