It is crucial that staff across the Trust are able to access quality learning and professional development that supports them now and in the future.
Every colleague across the Trust, regardless of role, has access to The National College; this is a suite of online training materials, which allows for learning and professional development at a time to suit you. As you can see, there are a range of materials to suit every role - Leaders; Teachers and Practitioners; Teaching and Nursery Assistants; Non-Teaching Support Staff; and Governors and Trustees.
Certificates of completion are available for every training resource accessed and the National College online portal stores your history so that you can reflect on training completed and discuss future training needs with your line manager.
