By committing to the Mental Health at Work Standards, Liberty Academy Trust is actively prioritising mental health in the workplace.  

Termly staff and pupil surveys are one way in which we seek feedback so that we can address concerns and act on new ideas to support more people.

Each school is expected to have a Senior Leader responsible for leading Mental Health and Wellbeing - these are our Designated Senior Leaders for Mental Health and we expect them to act as the strategic lead for improving practice at each school.

We recommend that each school undertakes a Mental Health Review - either as a self-review to inform practice or by commissioning a member of the Central Team to undertake a formal audit.  Please see the review template below.
